Siege rear capping

I notice on one or two of the maps designs it seems it's extremely easy for the enemy to bypass all of the flags and go right for the capture point with a small group of cav and essentially cap and win the match without taking any of the other flags.

Had numerous siege battles end within a couple minutes of them starting because enemy got behind and was able to force a defeat. By the time the bell started ringing and a handful of people realized what was happening the defeat countdown was able to complete and gg.

I suggest making the all the other cap points needing to be taken first before unlocking the final square with the ringing bell that ends the game.

I suggest paying more attention, it shows the cap points on the top, and you can see right away when G gets taken. Only little bit of sympathy I have is for that one map where defenders almost all spawn outside, but it's defenders team own fault for their horses opening the gate when there is a path out for them without doing such. Best bet to go cav first life (which ensures you'll spawn inside on that map) and either let in some defenders at the main gate, or make sure cav side gate gets closed.

Teams just don't pay attention to the flags or chat. I've often been the only one to notice, spammed chat, and made my way on foot across the entire battle (sometimes from the front lines) and still been the first person from our team to contest the flag. On the Skala Landings map, I was at the farthest point away: C, and still was the first there on foot.

Some sort of audio line like "THEY ARE TAKING OUR KEEP!!!" might work best.

I disagree with needing to be able to cap flags in order for the attackers to progress. The odds are already considerably stacked in the defenders favor and removes tactical decision making in probing the defender's actual defenses and will just turn the mode into a meat grinder, which will not be fun for the attackers. If an attacker or two is able to cap G and the defenders don't notice, it's really the defenders' fault for not realizing, there is a visual representation of all the flags at the top of the screen, not to mention you can hit ALT and physically see where all the flags are. Defenders need to pay attention to what the attackers are doing and defend their control points.

The whole point of siege is that is objective based. If the team's not paying attention, it's like entering skirmish and complaining the other team fights better. If you're just looking to kill things there is a TDM mode. Some middle ground here might be making a morale multiplier so the more points the defenders own the longer it takes for morale to drop for losing G. Still lets ninja caps be a thing, but gives a bit of leeway. An additional audio cue might also be helpful but not balance breaking. But really, if people aren't paying attention that's on them.
