siege problem

I added a new town, and castle, i put the entry points properly as in other castles (50 to 55) . I put a siege_ladder_move_14m object, but when trying to siege the castle, my men are running to a weird direction and getting stuck in front of the castle walls.

does anypone know how to fix it?
 
Did you create an appropriate ai mesh?

Make sure you take a look at the tutorial threads. It's one of those sticky threads.
You probably find a lot of your questions answered in there as there are quite a lot of tutorials pretty much about everything.
