Resolved Siege on Beta branch

dont know if its important and will it affect main branch if you will update it with beta patch but on beta i found that even if attackers takes all flags (even the last one) your morale is still going down

I've been informed that this is not a bug but an intended design choice. Attackers were not able to capture the castle in time.
