Need More Info Siege ladder crash

Summary: When climbing up or off of a siege ladder, make it 3/4 of the way or more up and its a 50/50 chance i will crash. Same with coming back down.
How to Reproduce: Go up and down siege ladders.
Have you used cheats and if so which: No.
