In Progress Siege issue with joining army

Summary: when in a siege if another lords army joins it will make me not the siege leader and the army will never initiate the siege battle this basically halts all progress on the game... this just happened after recent update
I am playing through geforce now
How to Reproduce: start siege and have allied army join
Have you used cheats and if so which: no

Hello, there have now been several updates but this siege bug still exist every time i start a new game.is there a way to fix this?
