Summary: Siege engines now do not kill, but instead always make enemies wounded - this is especially annoying when defending. I had a few sieges (as a defender) where I manned mangonel or ballista and wounded about 200 enemies, at this point they retreated, and we were back at "world map siege", the enemy just recovered while building rams and towers, this could go like forever as sieges ended with about 5 people killed on both sides and all those wounded which didn't change anything in the long run. Also, this is not medicine's influence, I even changed perks to make sure this is not its fault.
How to Reproduce: Just use mangonel as a defending army in a siege (I think the same with offensive sieges)
