Need More Info Siege Barter/charm issues

Summary: After successfully charming an attacker whilst YOU are the seiging party, the attacker changes faction but keeps opening dialogue
How to Reproduce:
1. Siege a settlement
2. Have enemy lord (at the head of an army but may work in other cases) attack your party instead of joining the siege defence
3.barter with that lord and successfully convert him to your faction.
4.when you leave the conversation the now "Friendly" lord will be so impressed with your social skills that he absolutely must speak to you every time you leave the conversation, resulting in being stuck in a loop which does not end.
