I may be blind, but how can I show my framerate in bannerlord? Is there framerate option ?

yea as he said it can be added from steam, also you can choose the high contrast option to see it clearly in green color

Go to your Documents/Bannerlord/Configs folder, then change "show framerate = 0" to "show framerate = 1" in engine_config.
