Shoulder Armour Changes

TW please..don't go through with these armour values for shoulders.
Please dudes,they are really awful and make many troops feel weak/weaker than should be.
The only winners and the Veteran Faris,who has now almost as much BA as the Cataphract,the Vlandian Sergeant and the Vlandian Champion.
