This was created by a modder, ships are not going to be in the released base game, at least not the ea. Still, I feel like someone will mod it in pretty quick if they already have this.

What appears to be there is a ship with no animations, waves clipping through the hull, no crew- it is just a model skating across the landscape like a hoverboard over perfectly flat terrain, it doesn't even rise and fall with the swell. It is a million miles from being a usable ship system.

The real question though is momentum works properly if you jump while standing on it.

We had a good working ship system in Viking Conquest, albeit it a little buggy. I'm sure they could implment it in Bannerlord
