Shield Textures - where are they located?

I'd like to modify one of the shield textures to fit my family coat of arms(a black lion rampant and three silver stars ), but I'm not sure where the shield textures are located. Thanks.

Ooh, we can mod the textures?

My family coat of arms is boring and inacurate, first because my family is mostly fishermen and merchants, second, because Johnson is a really popular name. So I designed my own coat of arms. Two oranges hares rampant flanking a quill on a blue feild checked with yellow fleurs, with the banner motto "Professio Carmen quod Bellum", or "Art, Song, and War".
