Resolved Shepherd perk has opposite effect

Summary:Sheperd perk gives negative effect instead of positive for party speed.

Game is currently unplayable due to being stuck at 1 party speed constantly due to this bug.

This is an issue we've fixed internally and will be sent with a future update. For now you can reset your perks through the arena master to avoid the extra speed penalty.
