Sharing Mod Development Files

Is there a way to share mod files privately without other people being able to get them? My friend and I need a way to send each other mod files for development, but we can't use usb or dvd.

Try Mediafire. I don't think anyone is going to be searching for your mod there, and you can then pm the link to your friend.
As for why Mediafire: it's like Rapidshare, but not gay.

zip with passwords if you want to use open systems.  Also, I registered for YouSendIt as I was sharing my whole mod which is about 80 megs...

YouSendIt as jik mentioned, is the way to go.

I was just looking at Mediafire some more. Apparently, it also has a 100MB limit, unlimited bandwidth, storage, uploads, and downloads, and you can password protect files in the site itself.
