SHaring a key with brother?

Can i share my key with my brother or no?

1 Key per computer. If your brother plays the game on your computer, thats fine. If he lives somewhere else and has his own computer then no.

Wait...When I used to play Mount&Blade I would have it installed on my mums computer and my dads so I could play it at which ever ones house I was living at but my mum bought a mac and I put windows on it and tried to play warband but the mouse is highly annoying so I dont play it there any more but I still do at my dad's and just tonight my serial key has been playing up I get prompted to insert it when ever I open up warband and It tells me activation denied for some reason every time and when I try multiplayer its say incorrect serial when ever I try to join a server so maybe this has something to do with it? sorry if this is fairly off topic
