I am sure all of you are familiar with the situation when you spend time parrying and slashing, evading and jumping, only to have a troup give a simple last hit and get all the XP. The opposite is also contrary. A troup may spend lots of times fighting, and then we give the last blow and we get the XP - this way the troups never evolve! Therefore, I propose a XP distribution based on damage caused. If slash a soldier for 20 of his total 40 HP damage, then two soldiers come and deal him 10 damage each, and assuming the soldier is worth 100 XP, I should get 50 XP while each of my troops would get 25 XP each.
