Need More Info shadows move incorrectly with the camera

Summary: Shadows of certain objects, such as ballistas, move with the camera incorrectly. they appear far away from the objects they are from (see media)
How to Reproduce: unsure
Have you used cheats and if so which: None used

This issue occurs on all siege maps I encounter, and the shadows seem to move even when in the esc menu and the camera isnt moving
