First I have to say that I really like what you have done up to this point. Too bad that you cannot change size of characters, Ogier would be awesome! Can't help how the game is coded though...
In any case, there are one thing I do not like however. The use of major characters.
Seeing Tom Merrilin as a lord leading an army... Doesn't feel quite right. Same thing with Mat who just happens to be Lord of Baerlon.
My recomendation would actually be to not use major characters at all. The game engine won't let you introduce them in any logical way.
Another big drawback is that you spoil parts of the story for people who have not yet read the books (a cetrain Amyrlin and atleast one Queen is pretty big spoilers here).
Apart from that, the map still needs some work, but i'm guessing you are still working on that. The only real thing that bugged me was Baerlon, as it should be to the north of Tarren Ferry, and not up in the Mountains of Mist where it's currently placed (that would be where old Manetheren would be

)

Also a few words about the factions:
They are now split a bit oddly. Either you could make a lot of smaller factions but make them allies by default (is that possible? I don't know) or make bigger and fewer factions. So, either make all countries have their own factions, with solid alliances or I have an idea how to split it up intobigger factions:
Legion of the Dragon:
Or maybe call it something else. This is Rands forces, Aiel, Legion of the Dragon and countries bound to him. The troop trees could simply ble split into Aiel and Legion. Legion don't have many different troops anyway, they are skirmishers, so bunching the cavalry in there as well fit like a glove.
They controll Tear, Illidan and Cairien
Andor and Tar Valon:
These are tightly bound together in ages. Seems like they will be even more so in the future (won't spoil it) so it do make sense.Hard to get Tar Valon in otherwise, as they like someone else said, are only one city. That doesn't work very well in M&B.
Troops are ofcourse standard Andor troops and maybe younlings. I will come to Aes Sedai in a sec.
Regions are all of Andor (including Two Rivers) and up to Tar Valon.
Borderland Alliance:
Borderlands should be mighty. The countries themselves are a bit small though, so make them into one. Areas they controll are pretty obvious.
Troops? Heavy Cavalry foshizzle!
South Alliance & Western Alliance:
As you don't want Seanchan in game (I understand your reasoning here, too much work, too little reward) make the seanchan controlled areas into two alliances. Could be one Alliance as well, but it would be a bit too powerful, considering the large area.
South Alliance would be: Altara, Amadecia and Ghealdan
Westen Alliance would be: Tarabon and Amadecia.
The Shadow:
If at all possibly, expand the map slightly to the north, and toss some cities and castles into the blight. This is the lair of the shadow, with trollocks pouring out. Troops? Speaks for itself.
Now, as for Aes Sedai and Ashaman. The Mod "The Sword of Democles" have something they call faith troops. Under certain conditions you can get them. Having a similar system in this mod, would allow you to make them much more powerful, as they would also be much more rare. Having them in the regular troop tree just feels a bit off.
Last thing I want to say is make them trollocks more fearful!

The ones I met were basicly the sea raiders from native. Trollocs should travel in bigger packs, and deliver a harder punch. Let the normal puny shadowsworn farmers and whatever take that role.
Thats all for now. Please don't take this as too much critique - I love what you have done with the mod already, this is just some of my ideas, comming from someone who niether have the time and knowledge to make something like this. I thank you very much
