Recruit
1.What is the max value for level and weapon proficiency?

2.If i destroy a faction(by conquering all its land) what happens to the king, lords and other important figures of that faction?

3.Can i convince a lord to join me if im NOT helping a claimant but rather trying to conquer the kingdom for myself?

4.If marry a lady and then conquer the faction she's from, what happens to her?

5.I cant send one of my companions on his quest that gives me right to rule(i dont have another sent out), why is that?

6.If i dismiss a companion can i recruit him again or is he lost forever?

7.If a companion decides to leave can i still find him at a tavern and ask him to rejoin me?

Level , don't know haven't been so high that i wouldn't go on for level about around 60 was my max i am thinking level proficiencies are limited around 600 at least in original not sure about warband.

2. They usually join some different faction , some may even join you.

3. Not sure , maybe u can in warband but original no

Don't know answers for 4 and 5

6. No , u can find him again lurking in taverns.

7. Yes , although he or she may not be willing to join you again.

I'm going to attempt to answer 4 and 5. Correct me if I'm wrong as I'm not 100%

4. AFAIK if you marry a lady then that's it, she is your wife and will stick around in your castle no matter what

5. What I think the issue is here, is that your companion doesn't really like what you may have previously said to another to gain right to rule. For example if one believes in power for the people an you say you agree, then you cannot contradict yourself and agree with someone who is in favour with the lords. Just a guess based on my experience.

6.If i dismiss a companion can i recruit him again or is he lost forever?

Playing with Version 1.105, I have my 8 companions with perfect matches, but then I've hired 3 others (to do RtR quests), Lvl them up a bit, and then dismissed them.  It's been over 2 months and I have yet to find any of those 3 dismissed companions.  The Travelers conversation just comes back with 'I guess I'll leave now' (or whatever is the none response), (I've even done the Ctrl-Click to speed around, checked all the City's Taverns (upstairs where-ever appropriate) and they aren't to be found.  The Characters Page is showing 'Whereabouts Unknown) for each of them.  Is this a Bug or intentional (IE - they are gone for good now)?

3. If you have your own faction, you can try to convince other lords to betray their liege and join you. Not sure what exactly factors in your chance of success. Probably renown, persuasion, relationship with the lord, your army strength and maybe honor (or lack thereof if the lord is evil).
Not sure if everytime, but it happened that they joined me with their fiefs as well.
You also gain right to rule this way.

I have observed a similar issue:  dismissed companions don't seem to be showing up in the taverns.

A quick update on my missing 'dismissed' companions.  They finally showed up for the Traveler, tho it took 3 to 4 months!

Come on,,  MONTHS????
