Resolved Settlement upgrades stuck at 1 day left

No, I didn't use any mods.
I have 2 settlements and I can't upgrade any projects in either.

This one is Siege Workshop, but I also tried Granary and Gardens and the same bug occurs. It remains stuck on 1 day left. I've waited at least 50 days at this point and they never complete.

I've added money to the reserve, it's used, but the project still never completes.

It's because your loyalty is too low. If you mouse over where it says 0 construction I believe it will say it because of low loyalty.
But yeah the stuck at 1 day and eating your funds is annoying and I've reported it before. I thought they patched it to say something else, but I guess not.
Sad to see this bug still around.

The reason is that settlements are in a very bad state. Construction, prosperity and loyalty is too low. Can you try again after these values are positive?

What is more startling to me is that you have festival and games selected as the daily default and it has no effect on the loyalty whatsoever. What are you to do when that is the case?

He needs to stop projects for daily activities to be on. In general, to solve very low loyalty you need to increase security via increasing garrison and remove food shortage by bring grain and fish and selling it to the store, as well as solve any town/village issues that give -security or loyalty.

So the daily activities don't work when developing? I didn't know that.
