SP - World Map Settlement Info (Culture)

So when you are on the campaign map and you hover over the settlement you can see the owner, faction, prosperity, garrison etc. Would it be possible to also add what the culture is of the settlement? Just so that you can get an idea of what troops will be available to recruit without having to enter settlement and also this could help players decide what governor to assign based on the culture.
