Do you have a legit, unique key? If you are sharing your key with another or it isn't legit you'll get kicked.

Where'd you buy it from the first time? Apparently some sites sell used keys. Your best bet would be to buy it directly from taleworlds. I personally have never had problems with amazon either, but going straight to the source is usually smartest.

Lol. If you bought it used, and that person had installed it and played it, you're not gonna be allowed into multiplayer. Not really sure what you can do about it other than buying a fresh new copy.
