Servers not showing on list at random

Im having servers show up on the list completely at random. My favorites list will change everytime i refresh it. Recently its gotten worse. Now most servers will refuse to show at all, and will often times never come back up. I've tried all fixes listed in the solution thread(except for #6) and have done all the basics.

My router: Belkin F9K1002 v2

I've also never made any changes to any configs or setting at all. My ping is stable and no changes in my setup for quite some time. I have tried multiple solutions and still having no luck. Any information or help would be apreciated.
