Server side option to force first person view ?

I don't want first person view, but I want no target reticules! That's what should be a server option.

I originally thought I was part of the majority, but found out I was very much a minority.

Thought the same before before I join beta also. But I am not out for score so don't mind the death, except maybe on battle server, which is actually the only type of server I switch to 3rd person from time to time to reduce disadvantage when multiple enemy around me, when I see they know how to fight.
