Resolved Serious stutter and lag.

Summary: I just bought the game and tried playing it and I am experiencing serious lag and stuttering through out from the main menu to the single player campaign so much so I cant even really play and it freezes on me.
How to Reproduce: I just open the game.
Have you used cheats and if so which: no cheats or mods.

Considering that you have what reads like a dual core CPU, that is not surprising. If you look at the required specs, you will see that they list a recent-ish quad core CPU (with recommended listing hexacore CPUs).

You will need a stronger PC to run the game, unless you want to check out things like Stadia or GeForce Now (not sure if any of those services offer the game, but if they do, they might be your best/only shot without upgrading your PC).
