Resolved Serious sound effect bug

So, recently I started noticing my game sound effects buging in a very weird maner. And it bugs ALL MY PC SOUND. Only solution is to reset. And is not my pc. Its only happening in Bannerlord and with headphones.
The game sounds okay until some hit effect or a battle begins. Then it will happen a lot of stuff, changing from one kind of sound to other.Maybe i hear only one sound effect, maybe i hear some sounds from very far with eco like im in a cave, but cant hear what is near, maybe i hear everything with delay, or maybe it changes to hear everything like im in a metal box.
This problem bugs my whole pc sound system so i hope someone takes a look.
