Serial key retrieval

Hey guys

I'm having a problem retrieving my serial key from eSellerate. I did it just like they recomend in the ''Lost your serial key?'' thread that is stickied. Everything seems to be going nice, but when the email comes, the serial isn't there. There's just the number of the order, and this:
Qty: 1 [number] Mount&Blade License and Serial Key at 17.77 EUR
And in the ''number'' there is a number but it's not big enough to fit the spaces.

Is the serial supposed to come there or am I missing something?

I'm not sure whether their system borked up or if they changed it. You can use the order number they sent out to check the receipt on the website (similar method you used to retrieve it in the first place, but use the order number instead of the email, it should show your original receipt) or you can email them and ask for a copy of the serial attached to the order; they're usually pretty good with getting back to you on it.
