I bought the game from Steam and I lost mine when I switched laptops, anyway I can recover it?

If you bought the game from Steam, the game will be on your Steam account, forever. Changing computers is not going to take your game from your account. All you need to do is logging in to your Steam account (the one you have used to buy the game) and downloading the game. Cheers.
