Resolved Serial Key problem

So my serial key won't work, I have 3 lines instead of 4 lines so help

To give more info, I did the purchase and the serial key was sent onto my email on the phone, not the computer, and it was said on top 3 lines instead of 4 so @MArdA TaleWorlds what do I do

Also, I didn't buy it from steam I got it from Taleworld.

I got the full game now so yeah, this is now resolved.
