Serial Key activation not working

I activated the multiplayer version yesterday and it worked fine. I just downloaded the single player executable and when I enter my serial key it says activation denied. Why may this be? Does it require a Warband serial key now?

Silly me. I just quickly skimmed over the first page. I only have a short amount of time to update it and will have no other chance this weekend

If you didn't delete the 0.802 SP exe. you can still play with that until this is solved.

Redownload the old SP exe, the adress should be in the PMs Singil sends.

You have to sign up for the singleplayer file.  There is a thread stickied where you request to get in.  I really want to test singleplayer with the new ai combat logic and this isn't letting me

Where is the thread and where do you request to get in?

In the singleplayer board it is stickied as something like "Looking for players to test singleplayer beta esp scripters."
At this point though I think they will take anyone as a tester just post in that thread.

Thanks but aren't they only looking for scripters and modders?

Well that is a bonus but I've heard of other people who aren't really modders getting in.  And this late in the beta the more bugs people find the better.

The serial key problem applies even if you are in the SP beta, as I am, and my key is being denied by it as well.
