I was just thinking that maybe it would be cool for immersion if we were able see the sergeants/companions when they are in-charge of a formation actually yelling and giving their orders with their hands like the player character does. I wouldn't have thought this would be too hard to implement as you already have all of the animations and I think that it would add a lot to the immersion of battles!
