Resolved Send troops unclickable while sieging and getting attacked

Summary: Can't click on "Send troops" after starting siege, and getting attacked by another parties.
How to Reproduce: Siege city with 0 troops, be attacked by another parties, win 1 time in battle, 1 ennemi retreat then "encountered army" pop
Have you used cheats and if so which: No
Scene Name (if related): "You have encountered Army"

Well, i was waiting ennemi army take City, when i charged after they took it,

I get them before they go to city. I beat them, and siege city. Another army attacked me. I won with manual battle. Afterthat, the menu "Encountered army" pop, then i was stuck against 1 guys
