Searching 3d Modeller

For a mafia mod and a zombie mod, we're (me and my friend, who actually are developping some new mods) actually searching for a 3d modeller able to create a new animation of somebody firing a rifle/gun from hip.
Anothers ideas or abilities are welcome, to develop and improve mods and have more fun =) (probably a zombie mod taking place in our time ahead)

I think (If i'm not mistaken you) that you are looking for an animator. Instead of the "searching 3d Modeler".

Yes, although modelling and animating usually come hand in hand.
Animators are rare, and it's hard work. You'll have trouble finding what you're looking for.
