There seems to be a slight mistake in the scripting that causes the quest generators to see spawn points as towns.

I'm not sure if Thorgrim's map is still available ... but somewhere he had a map that showed all of the spawn points.
Using that ... you may be able to still complete your quest. Just get near the spawn point and the caravan should then thank you and the mission be finished.
No gaurantees ... but I think that might work.

How I found it? I got a wench rescue quest and the blue bandits are waiting there.
I'm sure this may have been brought up before, but I was unable to find it...
Which direction is north on the map? Maybe the better question is, what is the direction of the big ocean next to Tihr and Wercheg?

If the sea is located south of Wercheg then you have to go to your left and up until you find the snow fields. The sp. is, on the green side, located between (and a bit down) the lower tip of the snow field and two trees.
