Resolved Scroll Option to Select New Party Leader

Summary: Unable to view all of the options for selecting a new party leader. There doesn't seem to be a means by which to scroll through them, so any clan members in excess of six make some unavailable. Have tries mouse and keyboard. There doesn't seem to be a scrollbar for the pop-

Terrible typo. I am playing on 1.7.1.
