Dude, stop comparing everything to Warband. I played the hell out of Warband's singleplayer, and dabbled with modding it, too. However, after playing it so much, I've moved on. I still start Warband up now and then for a few minutes, and I'll happily play the hell out of Bannerlord when it comes out, assuming it doesn't suck. It's not 'disloyal' to enjoy other games as well, though.

Arvenski, I am not comparing games to Warband and I not criticise you, respect your opinions, also I playing and other games but because mysterious reasons I have few games mostly old strategy titles compared to others. Gaming was and is a great passion for me

Cool pictures there. Actually, watching your mod installation process and all the screenshots you've been posting gave me a really big urge to try and invest some hours into Skyrim. However the combat is kinda **** and I don't want to crawl through those generic dungeons again.

Then I went on the Steam store page and got confused with the fact there is some 'Special Edition' now, and I can't seem to be able to buy the DLC for my standard version.

I sure don't want to pay for the game, again.

Only had time for 2 hours. I'm mostly interested in the story and luckily that part seems fine.
The voice acting is okay - without being impressive - with some decent writing. Off to a good start...

The combat, which I hoped would be limited, is quite annoying (playing with mouse/keyboard).
But there's a lot of combat features with nice variation in enemies. AI is non-existing though, as far as I can tell.
So for people who like Dark Souls or something like that, it might be fun.
Apart from that there's plenty of upgrades to skills and items, so it's a very extensive game...

@BNS Marko: IIRC Skyrim Special Edition is just a re-release of Skyrim with all the DLCs and some code improvements for modders. My impression was that Bethesda was mainly giving the Skyrim cash cow's tits one more pull. Although I may be missing something else of note.

Nice screenshots, the atmosphere really does look spot on. So far that, and the story have been the high points of the game, the combat - not so much.

Probably worth picking up for the experience when it drops the price for poor Slavs ages/expands a bit. KCD and Divinity Original Sin II are the summer's targets for me
