This looks like a perfect defensive position. Too perfect and after a brief battle I had slaughtered them all. But the AI had one more trick up it's sleeve, when the time came to spread the loot the whole game crashed  Britain 1297 mod + own crosshair mod.

What the... Since when Swadians have had so good tactics? Just behind me my Vaegirs are climbing ladder up to conquer Swadian castle. I was just too bored to fight myself so I waited that they would handle Swadians and then I noticed that those about ten Swadian crossbowmen were attacking my troops from behind... So, of course I killed them.
