You can get updates sooner but then you'd get less in each update and the time spent preparing a release means development would be slower over all. I think the releases every few months is a pretty good balance.

now,we all see, i think.
i am waiting for the release.

thanks to you,taleworlds team

Wow, very impressive so far.

I love the bow animation!  The axe bag looks good, I like the quivers, and the sheath is awesome!
Hmm, the shield on the back looks really nice.  Excellent work.

I'm glad my patience lasted.
These screenies have given me hope and renewed excitement.

Whoa!  I just realized that Daegoth is the name I used for one of my characters a long time ago.  Creepy...

Yup. Right at the point I've kinda lost interest, they publish stuff like this. Very evil.

Well, I haven't really lost interest in the new version, that is. Only the current version gets somewhat repetative after half a year.

I wouldn´t be so optimistic. Though I am happy like everyone for the screenshots, I think that if the release of the new version was eminent, they wouldn´t have to post a teaser.

I hope I am wrong.

I hope this thread is not meant to stop us from crying for the new version. If it is, I am gonna tell you something: I ain't gonna stop!

Watch me cry! *sob*

Yipee! Looks fantastic.

Also, is that a new texture on the buildings in the background? If so, great! They really needed a bit of a makeover.

If that is Borcha in town, that means that you can talk to and equip your NPCs in a town scene. That would be nice. It would then be nice to active the inventory screen in town and cycle through all of your NPCs' inventories. I hope that improvement was finally made.

So far, the graphical improvements are very nice. Great work. I just hope gameplay improvements didn't suffer for this awesome graphical work.

I doubt it as AFAIK Armagan hired new people to work specifically on the graphical side of things (which of course would've given Armagan the reaoson to slack off ).
