Open Screen Stutter when Attacking (Mac)

Hello everyone, first post here, and I have read the rules, so please let me know if I make any mistakes in this thread. Here's my problem: for just a few frames after I move my mouse and click-hold to attack, the screen will freeze, and then unfreeze and continue like normal―no idea why. I play on Mac and when I switch to Bootcamp, the problem is not there. Any ideas on how to fix this? My macOS is Monterey 12.4. Thank you.

I had this what i did was set my fps to 60 and turn off weapon trail i also unticked all the boxes apart from cloth physics . it worked for me.

It's Warband, not Bannerlord. I however don't know a solution for Mac.
