In Progress Scout gets tons of XP and game slows down 100 times

Summary: This bug seem to be related to my new companion Zuwaira the Wanderer, I just hired her in Epicrotea. On spotting enemy army I get notification that my scout leveled up (few levels at once), tons of text notifications that my scout leveled up scouting by 1 lvl, up to hep learning limit. And game slows down to a crawl.
How to Reproduce: load save file I uploaded, go south east toward allied army. Bug occurs on spotting enemy army. It happens only when Zuwaira the Wanderer is in my party, when I left her in city it went fine. It happens both wen her or other companion is assigned scout role. But it doesn't happen when I assign it to myself.
Have you used cheats and if so which: none

I played with it and was able to find workaround. It happened as well without this companion so I'm not sure what is the reason.

im also experiencing this. my Scout leveled up once and my GPU utilization shot up to 99% and my FPS drops into the 20's. i made myself the Scout and avoided the issue for now

It happened again. I donloded file via http://upload.taleworlds.com:8080/index.php
Load it and go south west. It doesn't break when I unasign scout role.

Also happened to me. Can upload savefile if needed. Ironman mode, only lags (heavily) in campaign map, gpu usage about 50-60% (gtx 1080).
Changing scout role doesnt help, but its my own player character who recieved the scout xp/levels since I was assigned scout.

edit: after assigning a scout and travelling for about 30-40 seconds, it stopped lagging.
