This could be an effective strategy to hold back invading army by preventing them collecting resource in opponent's land.
We can have the option to do in two ways:
Mild way: retreat villagers and food back to a chosen safe place (A castle or a city), which takes long time.
Hard way: retreat villagers and just burn the village. Can be done very fast for emergency.
No recruits or food can be collected from that village anymore after retreating.
