That much I know, some guy was talking about how we should abolish war and cure people of all dieases and feed everyone and I was thinking, how are they going to fit everyone on the freaking planet if people stop dieing in mass?

Instead of going around wishing for people to die, why not actually get some technological progress, why not expand on the infrastructure here on Earth? There is plenty of room to advance on Earth, if the money is used on something worthwhile. Heck, some political parties are actually sensible!

If you can fix the standards of education in some countries so as to reduce the need for dozens of children then families will have less children automatically. And if you can somehow get rid of that bull**** that everybody needs to settle down and have kids and whatnot then we're even better off. There are plenty of people, true. Plenty of kids too, why not help educate already existing kids instead of spreading your own ****ty genes?

Basically, the more educated people are, the less they breed. Even to the point where some nations, such as Russia, are going backwards in population(although that's more due to alcoholism and social problems than development). Many EU countries, as well as Canada and Australia, are nearing zero population growth, where no more people are born each year than die.
The point I'm trying to make is that it's much better to educate people than just allow them to die off 'because the world will be overpopulated'.
