If you're a neo-nazi, maybe. If you're a normal person it is one of the slowest, most boring, plodding, lifeless, cardboard, POV-less, dry and unentertaining movies ever made. In its attemp to be neutral, it wound up with no character or personality whatsoever. What little plot there is is boring and predictable. There are no characters. It was just awful all around. Like, American war movie awful. It's German Enemy at the Gates.

And there I thought Enemy at the Gates was the neo-nazi Stalingrad film...

They actually try to show them as bad... kinda.
What else do you want, something like the 2013 Russian Stalingrad movie where the Germans just burn Russian civilians alive on the frontline and Russians heroically charge through flames?

To be honest I've yet to see a Romanian or Bulgarian war movie pull of **** like that.

The charging through flames I mean, they don't have trouble portraying Germans as inefficiently evil.
(They actually did burn alive groups of civilians, just not on the frontline.)

Captain haddock is probably supposed to be english anyway so Marlinspike is canon.

Captain haddock is probably supposed to be english anyway so Marlinspike is canon.

Marlinspike is named Moulinsart, Snowy is Milou, Thompson and Thomson as Dupont and Dupond, and everything else just about as close to to the original as possible whilst remaining our way of spelling.

Edit: The only thing that comes to mind is that Haddock says "Storms and hurricanes" instead of "blistering barnacles". Jolyon Wagg is also named Serafim Svensson instead of Seraphin Lampion.
