You'd have more neck flex if you took out a few rows of rings. It looks like the rings are pretty packed around there. Maybe a tie section?

I don't know if there's a historical pretext for that, of course.

So i looked into it more. Rings in the coif are binding with the rings in the hauberk. If i just wear a surcoat or tabard over the hauberk that problem should be fixes. I can also use some bindings on the neck, that would help mobility too. I think period bindings depict ties on mail coifs to make them more form fitting.

Polaroids are back in. It's funny how old technology becomes interesting once it's been replaced.
He also has cameras from the 40's-60's. And doing WWII reenactment he can get some nice, authentic, vintage images.
