Does anyone know what to do? I looked around the village for 20 minutes...

Look around the SOROUNDING villages.

If you have high scouting, you should notice track when you exit the village and you can follow them.
oteherwise, ask around nearby villages and they will point you in the right direction.

They usually hide in some shack outside another village.
