I don't mean like, an initial layout when you enter a battle. I mean just the assignment of different troops to different groups in the Party screen to be hotkey'd in battle. I'm mostly using it to train new/weaker troops more efficiently, but it's starting to get really aggravating having to reassign all of my groups when I load/reload the game, or forgetting to and getting into a big looter battle just to not be able to put my newer troops out front to get the most exp.
