I have 7 power-strike and 15 agility with 293 two handed. I was wondering if in the end the sapphire is better because you can one hit enemies or is it the ruby one.
My personal experience has been that the sapphire is best because at this stage either will one hit kill almost anyone, but the sapphire speed makes it much better in close combat.
With higher Powerstrike and higher Agility it would be even better "in the end",whatever the end is.
Just don't charge with it on horseback in front of halbadiers,lancers,or crossbowmen.It won't end well "in the end".
