saper hammer menu = crash

hi everytime i try to open the construction menu of the sapper my game crash with a erro message ?

did someone else have this issue ? thanks

What is the error message you are getting?
Also After you crash could you put the rgl_log.txt file on www.pastebin.com and put the link here?
RGL_log.txt sometimes shows any errors that might have caused your game to crash. (depending on what the cause is, but certain causes are put in the log)

got the same problem  it piss me off

heres the error message that appear each time it crash :

assertion failed!

Hi, got the same problem here, anytime i try to open hammer menu my games crash with a microsoft visual c++ assertion failed line 198 error, i tried to update visual c++ package and my nvidia driver and it still happens.Hope some M&B update will resolve that

Are you guys using any specific localisation? IE have the game translated in a language other then english, if so, which one?

Is it the french translation?

Could you try to download this file:
www.flyingsquirrelent.eu/game_strings.zip

and extract it in:
Mount & Blade warband\Modules\Napoleonic Wars\Language\fr\ 
Overwriting the file that is there, then try again please.
