Sanutys

Recruit
I just bought Mount&Blade Warband and as such I probably won't be playing with my main character in Mount&Blade (the 1.011 version) anymore, so I decided to post him here as he's already quite strong and old (900+ days in game ). No text; only screenshots. The eyes will tell my tale
Well, his name is Sanutys (Yay, so creative!), by 97% of his time in Calradia he served under King Harlaus' Banner (Kingdom of Swadia), and had about 9 or more estates in most of the time (Ruluns was my fief gifted from the King). He did many deeds and decided the end of many battlefields, and this is his tale.
Here are screenshots of his equipment, stats, party information, character reports along with some other info (Renown, Honour etc.). NO EDIT WAS MADE TO THE CHARACTER or whatever; everything you see here is 100% original to the game. I did no modifications to this character (For those who forgot: There's a tweak with you do when you export your character).

Enjoy:

The most Sanutys version up to the date (the one I used when I left) had about 3900 Renown, in Kingdom of Vaegirs Rebels and Radoghir castle as his Estate. I did not post it because there is already the other screenie showing the last screenshot I took of Sanutys as in Kingdom of Swadia.

PS: No one saw the Rhodok King because we conquered them (Total OWNED!).
From today on, I will create the new Sanutys, in Mount&Blade Warband, and brave deeds and acomplishments will be done by him as well. Hmm, his number of kills is 8800+ (sorry, forgot since my last visit to the statistics), and 3 friendly units wounded (take a look at my inventory and you'll see I do not use Ranged Weapons). I do not record how many people I wounded up. I do not use blunt weapons, so it should not be above 100. This character has 900+ days in game, as I do not record the specific number, that will do I guess.

So, wanna how why am I not rich in game? Well, I have about 40000 denars of unpaid sum (this debt started around 870 days in game, so not that much earlier), and I have a ~100 Swadian Knights garrison in each of my estates in which I can put troops, so you know why that debt. I was trying to pay it before stopping, but I gave up as it only increased as each day passes. I think my warriors will understand after I got about 20 more Lords to Swadia and tons of estates (Rhodok was conquered ONLY by us; only Ergellon Castle belongs to the Vaegirs; don't ask why ). Please speak what you think of my character; I realized, also, that using Military Schyte is the best strategy ever, when using Melee Weapons, to kill tons of men (notice the Power Strike in 7), so I do about 70 or 80 damage to elite troops, and I am the Calradian Devil in battle
But I am sure there are those with better characters. This was my third character, as both first and second were deleted in less than 10 days in game as they were frequently taken prisoner by bandits, sea raiders etc.

Go go go Swadia! King Harlaus, you owe me that one!

Thats not that good for 900 days, I've managed 400 proficeny in archery after 180 days

Yes, I know. I awaited a lot in the game. Another thing that I will try to not do in Warband. However, I still see my character as a good fighter in warfare, sieges and battlefields. I just hate ranged weapons, and as such I do not know much about getting experience with it, but I guess everyone plays their ways. Mine is a bit more tactic one, maybe

However, you must remember that I use three different types of weapons as my main ones, and I do not have one that I use at most of the times. Lance when in horseback, Military Schyte when in Sieges (when everyone gets stuck in those ladders, two-handed, high-swinged weapons are the best!) and Sword and Shield in the rest. That sword is a Heavy Bastard one, however as my shield hardly gets broken when in battlefield I use that sword, in most of the times, as a One-Handed one.

I don't think that's bad for 900 days; after all, some people just really don't like ranged weapons.  I don't really either, which is why I use throwing weapons on horseback.  With the right timing it's basically like using a flexible 10-30 ft lance; it has the strength and speed of a melee weapon with a shorter effective range than bows or crossbows (though some people I'm sure are very effective at long ranges with javelin).

I would post something like this as well if I could stick with one character (or mod for that matter) for more than 20 levels.

Throwing Weapons are the way to go, when you like high damage in ranged combat
I don't like ranged combat at all, that's because you only see melee equipment in my character's inventory (screenshot). The Military Schyte gives me the 80+ damage, with Power Strike 7, so I can kill most of living beings. However, I just do not think it is good while in horseback, so that's why I have a Bastard Sword plus the Shield, so when the shield gets broken I just switch to a two-handed light weapon (Sword is light, when comparing to Military Schyte ). The Polearm is only used by me in the start of each skirmish battle: Most of the times the AI uses the ´´Advance`` command, and the lord(s) go(es) together with his(their) and this way those get vulnerable to a well-done polearm thrust. The lords are always my first targets, when in skirmish, don't ask why; there was no skirmish morale in 1.011, so I guess I only like the idea of killing both the commander and the hero of the enemy army first. Also, polearms still prove useful when in sieges, in some situations. Only experience answers.
