Depends. Currently, we're alone in a desert and the ship is wrecked, with no other survivors. Find sometime when you could logically join, and it's all cool.

I am not sure, but that would mean more players would have to join...unless you intend to be this prisoner of mine.
If that is the case, you might be able.

Yes, but I'd need six players for an entirely separate thread. The crusaders and the Saracens would kill each other on sight, as the Templars are religious warriors who kill Saracens on sight, and the Saracens hate Templars and kill them on sight.

Name: Bernard Schneiderman
b2b_PEG_90-046_1.jpg
Age: 21
Sex: Male
Appearance: A young but tall man with long blond hair. He has two blue, piercing eyes and something on his chin which is supposed to become a beard anytime soon. He's usually wearing his tunic if he doesn't feel the need to put his armor on.
History: Bernard Schneiderman is the son of Wolfgang Schneiderman, a sword for hire which lead a band of mercenaries who fought for Germany in the previous crusade. Within that time he had proven himself strong, filled with courage and gave the 'heathens' a 'proper' treatment. That impressed Conrad III. current kind of Germany and so Wolfgang was knighted when he returned from the crusades. Not spending too much time waiting he got himself a noble wife and 9 month later Bernard was born. Following his fathers footsteps he was to become a knight fighting for his country and his god. Unlike his father however, he was much more religious and joined the newly founded Teutonic Knights. He spent 12 years in their order and at the age of 20 he was finally knighted as it was common. Unfortunately he was not given a squire and ended up having to do everything himself, since he didn't have any servants... yet. When the third crusade began he and many other Teutonic Knights joined King Richard and would be off to reclaim the holy land.
Background: Son of a german  Ex-Mercenary Knight who was later raised by the Teutonic Knights and joined the third crusade searching for glory and honor.

A picture will follow as soon as I'm given my equipment.

Set of chainmail with the black and white of the Teutonic Order and the horned helm of the Order. Comes with the same type of cloak the Templars have, just in black and white. Arming sword and a kiteshield with the black and white. The arming sword is carried everywhere, with a second longsword used for actual combat.

Name: Evelyn de Naussac
Age: 19
Sex: Female
Appearance: Dark brown hairs to her shoulders, slender yet athleticly built. Clear blue eyes.
History: Daughter of an important merchant, was neglected by her parents who were too occupied to become part of the French nobility. At the age of 13, she was sent to Italy by boat to visit old family of her mother's side. But she was captured by pirates and shipped to the holy land. At the slave market a wise minor sultan came along who sympathised with the young girl and took her home. He learnt her to read and write Arabic, as well as fighting with curved swords and archery. She has fought in two battles, led by Saladin: The battle of Hattin and the Siege of Jerusalem. After this tour of duty she returned home to visit the man she respected the most, only to find him on his dying bed. The successor of the Sultan wasn't so kind with her and banned her away because of so called "tradition" and because of his "religion", and now she wanders through the desert alone. Now seeks revenge against the Saracens
Background: Trained using bow and curved swords, she manages to apply her skills in many way and can foresee enemy's next tactical moves on a battlefield. She is not very strong and therefore has to rely on agility. She normaly never holds a grudge against her enemies, only against the Saracens who betrayed her.

She is somewhat raised by Saracens, but will fight with the crusaders, if that is.

Saladin is alive. And well. And will remain to be alive and well until well after the Third Crusade, around the time that King Richard dies.

Question: Are female warriors common in this version of the third crusade or are the ones we have exceptions?

Oh, okay. Whatever you wanna equip yourself, CBA. Just make sure it's not irrational, like an F22 Raptor, or something.

you recruiting?

Join either one, or both if you want. If I get enough people for a Saracen side, I'll set one up for that as well.

Guys, Gals, I think we're forgetting about a few players. Shouldn't we wait for them before finishing something like the attack so quickly?

Too late, we've already pretty much finished it. I agree on not going any further then finishing off the prisoners though.

Soo... should I just put my name and background yadda yadda yadda here?  Because the Zion Strain is in a bit of a rut and Surge of Iron is pissing me off due to the limited knowledge of the other guys, and I don't know much about medieval stuff, and ignorance is bliss.
