When creating a sandbox character we should have an option to pick our starting location, completely free. Or locked by cultures as it is now, but still with a choice regarding where. A simple starting screen would suffice like "take a ship to [city]". It has been frustrating trying to create a norse character from Northvegr and always coming up in Danmark. Started there only once with a test character, but now with the same options I always start as a dane.
